ummary: Simple router and connection changes that reduce buffering and freezing.
Buffering, when the picture stops and restarts, usually comes from the internet connection. However, the problem is not always about speed alone.
Start with your router’s position. Walls, metal objects and large appliances can weaken Wi-Fi. Place the router in a central, open spot. If possible, connect your TV or streaming box to the router with an Ethernet cable, which is usually more stable than Wi-Fi.
Next, check whether other devices are using a lot of bandwidth, such as large downloads or video calls. Restarting the router and the streaming device can also clear temporary problems. If buffering continues, test your speed at different times of day and speak to your internet provider if the results are consistently low.
